#1 Boylan Titans 56, Morton Potters 58

The score board went unchanged until 6:07 mark when a Morton layup by Lundeen broke the ice.  Boylan's Miller was the next score at 5:05 mark.  Bisping of Morton drained a 3 pointer at the 4:20, 5-2.  The Potters added another basket to take a five point lead at the 3:58 mark.  Boylan's Miller capped 7-0 run with a 3 pointer to make the score 9-7 at the 2:25 mark.  Both team exchanged 5 point a piece which included a dunk from Boylan's Painter, 14-12 Titans.  That is where the 1st quarter ended.

In the first minute of the 2nd quarter, saw both teams make it to the foul line, with both teams gaining a point, 15-13 at the 6:45 mark.  The Potters' Waibel tied the game at 15 at the 6:45 mark.  The Potters outscored the Titans 8-2 before Boylan called a timeout at the 4:16 mark, 24-18.  Returning from the timeout, the Potters ran off 6 unanswered points, 30-18 at the 2:11 mark.  The last two minutes saw the Titans go to the line twice for 4 points and added layup for a total of 6 points, while the Potters added two more.  The half ended with score 32-26, Morton.

Bisping made his way to the foul line by 7:01 where he converted both free throws, 34-26 Morton.  Basket were exchanged before Boylan's Miller hit a 3 pointer to make the score 36-31 at the 6:04 mark.  Over the next 1:30 Morton gained a point over Boylan, 40-34.  Morton's Lundeen hit a 3 pointer to extend the lead to 43-34 by the 4:13 mark.  The Titans ran off the next 5 five point to get within 4, at the 1:27 mark. Boylan's Flannigan made his way to the line and converted both free throws, 43-41 at the 58 second mark.  With 6 second left in the quarter the Titans' Miller drained a 3 pointer to take the lead into the 4th quarter 44-43.

The Potters took just under a minute to regain the lead with a 3 pointer by Bisping, 46-44.  The Titans were able to tie the score with a layup by Flannigan at the 6:47 mark.  Morton's Voeller was unable to complete the conventional three point play to make the score 48-46.  Morton called a timeout at the 4:33 mark.  Lundeen added 2 more points to Morton lead 50-46 at the 4:20 mark. Boylan score the next 4 points to the game at 50, 3:36 mark.  Lundeen's 3 pointer rang home to give the Potters a 3 point lead, 3:16 mark.  Both teams were sent to the foul line and both came away with 2 points, 55-52 at the 2:13 mark.  With 1:40 left on the clock Boylan's Morman drove the lane for 2, 55-54.  Morton's Bisping was fouled on his own put back and converted both free throws to make the score 57-54 with 51 second left.  Bauch converted his low post pass to get within one at the 30 second make. Boylan called a timeout!  Morton made it to the foul line and missed both shot.  Morton called timeout with :05.  Boylan turns the ball over on the inbound under their own basket.  Boylan called timeout with 2 seconds.  Morton inbounds and was sent to the line for two, with 1.1 second on the clock.  Morton converts one shot, 58-56 with 1.1 still on the clock.  Boylan called their last timeout!  Morton called a timeout!  Boylan inbounded…..shot off, wide left.   The ended 58-56, Morton.
